As a Team Member at Domino's, your key responsibilities include:
**Phone & Customer Service:**
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and accurately take customer ordersProvide excellent customer service to carryout customers at the counterHandle cash and card transactions accurately for all customer interactionsRepresent the Domino's brand professionally in all customer communications
**Food Production:**
Learn and master the process of making quality pizza products according to company standardsOperate and monitor ovens, ensuring proper temperature and timing for consistent product qualityMaintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout the production processWork efficiently to meet order timelines and customer expectations
**Delivery & Route Operations:**
Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers within assigned delivery areasMaintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards
**Store Operations & Teamwork:**
Assist the team with store maintenance and cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floorsRemove and dispose of trash and recyclables as neededWork collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operationsSupport other team members to get the job done efficiently
**Vehicle & Safety:**
Maintain a safe driving record and follow all traffic lawsPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issuesEnsure timely delivery while prioritizing customer and public safety
**Qualifications:**
Ready to join the Domino's delivery squad? Here's what we're looking for:
Be at least 18 years old (the legal minimum to hit the road!)Have a valid driver's license that's been in your pocket for at least 2 yearsOwn a reliable vehicle that's ready to rollCarry proof of insurance (the responsible stuff that keeps everyone safe)Be cool with passing a background check and MVR check (we like to know who we're working with!)If you've got these basics covered, you're ready to bring the pizza and the good vibes to our customers!
