Operate vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers in assigned routes and territoriesPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize efficiencyLoad, unload, and secure products safely, following proper handling proceduresMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special notesProvide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and transparencyPerform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operationCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsHandle cash and payment transactions accurately, demonstrating strong mathematical skillsFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving recordBuild positive customer relationships through reliable service and professional behaviorAssist with loading and organizing inventory as needed to support team operations **Required Qualifications:**
Valid driver's license (appropriate for vehicle type) with a clean driving recordProven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation roleStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsBasic mathematical skills for handling transactions and route calculationsAbility to lift, carry, and load/unload products safely (up to 50 lbs regularly)Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and defensive driving practicesReliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedulesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenPhysical capability to perform duties in various weather conditions**Preferred Qualifications:**
