Mitigation Sales Representative Full-Time | In-Person Tampa, Florida $50,000 - $60,000 Base + Bonus (OTE $75,000+) Join Our Growing Tampa Team Entrusted is a family-owned restoration company helping clients through water, mold, and fire damage. This cross-functional field role blends client response and sales with hands-on mitigation work, depending on business needs. Some weeks lean into leads and sales, others into active field mitigation. Great fit for someone energized by variety. Responsibilities Respond to warm leads, build rapport, and assess damage in clients' homes Propose restoration solutions and follow up through approvals and project updates Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services Remove damaged materials, extract water, and set up/monitor drying equipment Demo damaged areas and prep homes for reconstruction when necessary Communicate internally with team members to ensure excellent client service Qualifications Strong work ethic and integrity Humble, teachable, and driven Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable in both client-facing and hands-on field environments Able to adapt quickly and perform physical labor in varying job site conditions What We Offer $50,000 - $60,000 base plus bonus (OTE $75,000+, no cap) Company vehicle or vehicle stipend, tools, phone, and iPad provided 401(k), health/dental/vision, life and disability insurance Paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and paid parental leave Dave Ramsey SmartDollar access, gym reimbursement Opportunities for advancement and professional development Our Culture We started 20 years ago as a small carpet cleaning company in South Florida.
