Mitigation Technician - 2nd Shift Full-Time | In-Person Houston, Texas $18.00 - $20.00 per Hour (Plus Overtime) Join Our Growing Houston Team Entrusted is hiring a Mitigation Technician for our Houston branch. Hands-on training and real room to grow. Schedule Second Shift: 12:30pm - 10pm, five days a week Responsibilities Assess and communicate a plan to restore water, fire, or mold damaged homes Remove damaged materials and set up mitigation equipment Perform demolition and clean up completed jobs Wear required PPE Qualifications Strong work ethic and integrity Coachable, service-minded team player Comfortable with physical labor What We Offer $18 - $20/hour plus overtime Take-home truck, tools, phone, and iPad provided Merit raises and performance-based promotions 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, paid holidays, and paid parental leave Gym reimbursement Our Culture We started 20 years ago as a small carpet cleaning company in South Florida.
