Job summary
We are recruiting for full time role 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate must be flexible to cover various shifts which could include days, evenings, weekends, and bank holiday if required.
We are looking to recruit a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our Domestic Services Team located at Salford Royal Hospital
The successful post holder will be part of a team working within our Estates & Facilities department, offering a high quality, flexible and customer focused service. A Domestic Team Manager is an important member of the team who helps provide a range of duties across the hospital in a professional manner.

Main duties of the job
You will ensure the day-to-day domestic work is carried out effectively by the domestic team andmanage and reorganise the work of team members schedules taking into account unforeseen circumstances i.e., sickness absence. You will also assist and provide a full cleaning service to sterile areas, offices and departments in accordance with work schedules and activity within the area

Qualifications Essential
NVQ L4 or equivalent experience in supervising large staff groups
Skills Essential
Demonstrates ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service and to work without direct supervision Basic IT / keyboard skills
