Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Laundry Manager, you’re not just overseeing daily laundry operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
• Oversee laundry operations: Manage laundry and uniform services to ensure a consistent supply of clean, high-quality linens and uniforms while upholding efficiency and quality standards • Maintain facility and equipment efficiency: Ensure laundry facilities and equipment operate at peak performance while adhering to OSHA regulations and safety standards • Ensure quality and inventory control: Monitor linen quality, stain and damage rates, inventory levels, and production reports to facilitate timely reordering, rewashing, and repairs • Manage financial performance: Oversee budgeting, payroll, purchasing, and cost control to optimize operational efficiency • Enhance processes and compliance: Implement best practices for handling chemicals, maintain safety protocols, and explore improved laundry products and techniques in collaboration with supply vendors. • Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred. • Additional education or training in administration, hospitality, laundry operations, or a related field is an advantage. • 2–3 years of relevant supervisory experience in laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, or hotel operations. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and email.
