As a Dot Net Developer & Lead, you will play a crucial role in the development, support, and maintenance of complex project modules. Your expertise in ASP.NET MVC, Dot Net, C#, and SQL Server will be leveraged to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, your knowledge of Azure AI, Web Services, and SSIS will be an asset in building robust and scalable applications. With a minimum of 5-9 years of experience, you will guide and coach junior team members, ensuring their growth and development.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support. • Develop, implement, and maintain complex project modules using ASP.NET MVC, Dot Net, C#, and SQL Server. • Utilize Azure AI technologies and hands-on knowledge of Azure DevOps to enhance application development. • Integrate Web Services and SSIS to build efficient and scalable solutions. • Coach and train junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth. • Ensure adherence to agile/scrum methodologies for efficient project management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, demonstrating strong analytical skills. • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Minimum 5-9 years of experience as a Dot Net Developer & Lead. • Solid expertise in ASP.NET MVC, Dot Net, C#, and SQL Server. • Hands-on knowledge of Azure AI, Web Services, and SSIS. • Understanding of Azure DevOps and Azure subscriptions/publishing is preferred. • Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar tools is an advantage. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills. • Good working knowledge of scrum and ADO, along with Azure technologies. • Ability to coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. • Knowledge of the insurance domain is desirable. • A team player with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
