Key Responsibilities:
• Support WFM implementation and transformation activities across:
• Timekeeping
• Advance Scheduling
• Attendance and Accruals
• Participate in WFM testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and document defects and resolutions
• Prepare client deliverables, including processing documentation, reports, and presentations
• Assist in conducting workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder interactions
• Support configuration activities under guidance from senior team members

Education / Years of Work Experience:
• MBA HR or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of experience across WFM, and time-related transformation programs
Key Responsibilities:
• Support WFM client projects by applying knowledge of Timekeeping, Attendance, Leave Management, Scheduling, Accruals, and related WFM modules.
• Demonstrate functional and technical proficiency in Workforce Management and take a business driven approach to solving client challenges.
• Work as part of a global distributed team and ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy of all deliverables.
• Assist in full lifecycle WFM activities including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, and Deployment support.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and issue logs.
• Drive effective communication with onsite teams and client stakeholders; ensure clarity and timely updates.
• Contribute to development of collateral, tools, templates, methodologies, and knowledge assets within the WFM practice.
• Demonstrate problem solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail in project tasks.
Qualification:
• 3–5.5 years of experience working in Workforce Management across Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, Forecasting, or related modules. • Experience in WFM testing cycles including SIT and UAT. • Understanding data mapping, configuration documentation, and business requirement analysis. • Strong consulting skills with the ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and proactively identify risks. • Analytical abilities and working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Positive attitude, customer focus, and willingness to learn. Additional Requirements:
• Experience working with US or multi‑geo clients is an added advantage. • Ability to seek feedback and adopt changes to improve performance. • Acts in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal risk management guidelines Education / Years of Work Experience:
• MBA HR or equivalent postgraduate degree from an accredited institution preferred. • 3–5.5 years of hands‑on experience in Workforce Management systems and processes.
