Salary: £50,129 - 57,365 per year
Requirements: Strong technical expertise in cyber security and vulnerability management.Proven leadership skills, including coaching and line management of specialist staff.Experience analysing complex security data, vulnerability reports and threat intelligence.Experience working collaboratively with technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders to remediate risks.Experience managing cyber security projects and improvement programmes.Ability to produce high-quality reports, dashboards, presentations and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.Subject matter expertise in vulnerability management, cyber security best practice and emerging threats.Experience supporting governance, risk and compliance activities, including audits, security assessments and accreditation requirements.Welsh language skills are desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are welcome to apply. Responsibilities: Lead and deliver vulnerability management services across a complex digital environment.Coordinate vulnerability assessments, analyse security findings and work with technical teams, suppliers and service owners to manage and remediate risks.Oversee vulnerability scanning tools, penetration testing activities and associated contracts.Use data and intelligence from multiple sources to assess risk, identify trends and produce reports that support operational and strategic decision-making.Develop policies, procedures and standards that strengthen cyber resilience and support continuous improvement.Lead projects, manage priorities and contribute to cyber security improvement programmes.Build strong relationships across the organisation and wider NHS.Provide expert guidance, deliver training and awareness activities, and help teams understand and manage cyber security risks.Provide professional leadership, coaching and line management to specialist cyber security staff.Support governance, risk and compliance activities, including audits, security assessments and accreditation requirements.
