Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for an experienced IT leader with strong strategic vision, technical expertise and leadership skills.We need someone with practical experience of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including administration, configuration, user access, permissions and optimisation.We are seeking experience in leading technology projects and transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation.We value experience managing resources, budgets, risks, timelines and stakeholder expectations.We need someone with knowledge of cybersecurity measures, governance frameworks, policies and compliance with relevant standards.We are looking for experience building relationships with internal stakeholders and external technology partners, including Managed Service Providers.We value experience managing supplier performance, contracts, Service Level Agreements and service improvements. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to develop and deliver our IT strategy in line with our organisational objectives.We will expect you to lead, support and develop our IT team and provide clear direction, mentorship and guidance.You will oversee the effective delivery of day-to-day IT services across our organisation.You will manage our Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments to ensure they remain secure, effective and aligned with our requirements.You will ensure our IT systems and services remain secure, reliable and fit for purpose.You will lead technology projects and transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation.You will manage resources, budgets, risks, timelines and stakeholder expectations.You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.You will manage supplier performance, contracts, Service Level Agreements and service improvements.You will monitor IT performance, identify opportunities for improvement and manage our IT budget effectively.
