Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: Demonstrable experience in a business analyst, product analyst, or product owner role.Strong hands-on analytical capability, including writing SQL queries and working with data independently.Experience with product analytics platforms such as PostHog, Google Analytics, or similar.Experience in process and customer journey mapping, using the output to drive change.Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into clearly defined, testable requirements.Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile delivery environment.Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.Clear, concise written communication for delivery teams and senior stakeholders.Experience in business analysis, modelling, reporting, and presenting findings using spreadsheets or BI tools is desirable.Experience within financial services, motor finance, or another regulated industry is desirable.Understanding of Consumer Duty and its implications for journey and product design is desirable.Experience with experimentation and A/B testing methodology is desirable.Exposure to data warehouse or reporting environments, and dashboard design is desirable.Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Miro is desirable.Experience with partner-facing or third-party-facing products and integrations is desirable. Responsibilities: Identify, size, and prioritise opportunities across customer-facing and partner-facing journeys.Analyse journey and funnel performance using SQL and product analytics tools.Map current-state and future-state customer journeys and business processes.Facilitate discovery and design workshops with stakeholders across the business.Bring quantitative data, customer feedback, and operational insight into a single view.Translate insight into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.Produce wireframes and prototypes to test and align on concepts ahead of build.Capture data, regulatory, and non-functional requirements alongside functional ones.Work with Design and Engineering through elaboration to refine the solution.Build data-led business cases to support prioritisation of the product roadmap.Quantify the expected commercial and customer impact of proposed changes.Present analysis and recommendations to the team and senior stakeholders.Act as a key link between the Customer team and Product and Technology on cross-functional initiatives.Define success measures up front and track them once a change is live.Design and analyse A/B tests and experiments.Close the loop between forecast impact and actual impact for customers and partners.Feed learnings back into the roadmap and backlog.
