Salary: £32,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements: Previous experience in a CRO, eCommerce, Digital Analytics or UX-focused role.Hands-on experience using ContentSquare, AB Tasty or similar CRO platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behaviour and data.Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience using Google Analytics, Excel or other reporting and analytics tools is desirable.Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimisation is desirable.Passion for delivering an exceptional online customer experience is desirable. Responsibilities: Implement and develop an ongoing CRO programme to improve website conversion performance.Analyse customer behaviour using heatmaps, user recordings, funnel analysis and other research tools.Identify testing opportunities and present recommendations to Design and Digital teams.Prioritise CRO initiatives using customer insights, analytics and commercial objectives.Coordinate A/B testing programmes from planning through to implementation and reporting.Collaborate with Product and Development teams on more complex optimisation projects.
