Requirements: Experience as a Digital Product Manager within ecommerce or digital environments, working in agile teamsStrong understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion rate optimisationConfident working cross-functionally with product, design and technology teamsExperience using customer research, testing and experimentation to inform decisionsA data-driven mindset with strong prioritisation and problem-solving skillsClear, confident stakeholder communication, with the ability to simplify complex topicsSolid understanding of SEO and digital marketing channels, including PPC, display, social and VODDesirable experience with Salesforce, Adobe Analytics/Target and Content Square Responsibilities: Own ecommerce performance for our product area, focusing on acquisition, retention and seamless digital journeysDefine and deliver product goals including conversion, average order value, NPV and NPSUse data, insight and user feedback to identify opportunities and prioritise improvementsLead a test-and-learn approach using qualitative and quantitative methods, including A/B testing, MVTs and user researchSet and communicate clear roadmaps and OKRs aligned to business and customer needsMonitor market trends, competitors and partnership opportunitiesWork collaboratively with commercial, legal, regulatory and support teams to deliver compliant, scalable launchesSupport and develop cross-functional delivery teams and ways of working Technologies: SupportMarketingProduct ManagerSalesforce More:
