Salary: £130,000 - 143,000 per year
Requirements: Extensive hands-on experience with Symantec (Broadcom) DLP is essential.Experience designing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise DLP policies within Symantec/Broadcom DLP.Experience with Zscaler DLP, including policy creation, migration, or administration, is highly desirable.Proven experience delivering DLP policy migration or transformation projects.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills within large enterprise environments.Solid understanding of DLP policy testing, validation, and quality assurance. Responsibilities: Analyse and understand our existing Symantec (Broadcom) DLP environment, policies, and data protection controls.Review current DLP policies across multiple data channels and identify migration requirements.Design, build, and implement equivalent DLP policies within the Zscaler DLP platform.Work closely with Zscaler specialists, internal engineering teams, and key stakeholders throughout the migration.Produce clear technical documentation covering policy design, configuration, testing outcomes, and implementation processes.Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on schedule.Provide knowledge transfer, training, and operational support to internal teams. We are seeking an experienced DLP Policy Engineer to support a major enterprise data security transformation. This is a 6-month contract initially, paying £500 per day, inside IR35, and fully remote.
