Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: Proven CRM experience specifically with configuration, automation and testing.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with clear, engaging communication skills. Responsibilities: We manage users, permissions, security settings, and overall system access while maintaining high data quality and performance.We own Salesforce configuration, automation, releases, testing, deployments, and ongoing updates.We support the business with day-to-day troubleshooting, user training, reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights.We partner with the CRM Manager and wider stakeholders to gather requirements, shape new projects, and drive effective system adoption.We ensure Salesforce aligns with IT governance standards, backed by clear documentation and continuous system enhancements.
