Salary: £35,000 - 42,000 per year
Requirements: Strong skills across Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning domains with a track record of developing and deploying ML solutions in a commercial setting.PhD, or equivalent commercial track record, in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.Demonstrable experience translating research and technical concepts into practical, real-world applications.Excellent programming skills and a solid understanding of algorithms, computational methods, and software development principles.Experience designing and conducting experiments, evaluating performance, and interpreting complex datasets.Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.A curious and collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and evaluate machine learning models and advanced analytical solutions.Produce clear technical documentation, performance reports, and experimental evaluations to support business and product decisions.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet performance, quality, and commercial objectives.Support the integration, verification, and validation of machine learning solutions within product development programmes.Work with external research, technology, and academic partners to transfer knowledge and innovative approaches into the business.Identify opportunities to leverage data science techniques to improve products, customer experiences, and internal business processes.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards, methodologies, and infrastructure.Stay current with emerging trends and developments across data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and analytics.
