Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year

We are a market-leading manufacturing business with a strong engineering heritage, investing heavily in our digital capability as part of a wider transformation programme. We support both B2B and B2C ecommerce through a complex, high-scale platform and are modernising how we engage customers through technology. This role is based in Northampton, with four days onsite and Fridays working from home. We offer a salary of £40,000 to £45,000 plus benefits, including free onsite parking, 25 days holiday, a strong pension, healthcare schemes, flexible working hours, and funding for training and certifications.
