Salary: £41,500 - 71,000 per year
Requirements: We require an SC clearance, or you must be willing to undergo clearance.Degree in Engineering or a STEM-related discipline.Understanding of assembly, integration and test (AIT) principles.Experience with hardware and software testing.Knowledge of cleanroom and ESD processes.Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.Familiarity with spacecraft systems or high-reliability engineering environments is advantageous.Exposure to scripting or programming (Python, Shell, Java or C/C++) is beneficial. Responsibilities: We support assembly, integration and functional testing of aerospace equipment and systems.We develop and execute test procedures, analysing results to identify issues and improvements.We diagnose and resolve technical faults during integration and test activities.We produce and maintain accurate technical documentation and test records.We collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.We adhere to cleanroom and ESD procedures, maintaining full product traceability. We are looking for an AIT (Assembly, Integration & Test) Engineer to support the integration, testing and verification of complex aerospace systems. This is an onsite role in Surrey, starting as soon as possible, with a duration of 6-12 months. You will work across the full engineering lifecycle, from integration and functional testing through to environmental and end-to-end system testing.
