Salary: £30,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience from a Microsoft MSPExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience across all aspects of Microsoft 365 is essential; Microsoft certification would be desirableFamiliarity with all Windows operating systems at server and client level, including a working knowledge of virtualisationA working knowledge of networking principles and technologies, with experience troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewallsGood sense of humourArticulate and well presented, with an excellent telephone mannerOrganised, with excellent attention to detailA desire to learn new skillsReady to hit the ground running and self-motivated Responsibilities: Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line technical support to business customers as part of our growing helpdesk teamTroubleshoot issues at a client and server level, including escalated and complex technical issuesAdminister Microsoft 365, including Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange, and InTuneAssist with ad hoc duties as required, including some project supportWork primarily remotely with some requirement to work from our Cambridge officeSupport occasional onsite client project work for candidates based in the East of England, where requiredWork standard hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required Technologies: AzureSupportMicrosoft 365SharePointWindowsOffice 365Cloud More:
