Salary: £28,000 - 68,000 per year
Requirements: We are seeking an established leader with extensive experience operating within Developer Services, wastewater infrastructure or the wider water industry.You will have an in-depth understanding of NAVs, sewer adoptions, developer engagement and the commercial dynamics that underpin successful residential development.You will be able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across both the Water Industry and the Housebuilding sector.You will be recognised for your professional credibility, commercial judgement and ability to influence at Board level. Responsibilities: We will need you to report directly to the Group Board in a pivotal leadership position.We will need you to strengthen strategic relationships with national and regional housebuilders.We will need you to expand our Developer Services offering.We will need you to contribute directly to the commercial direction of the business.We will need you to work alongside the Board to develop long-term strategy.We will need you to enhance our market proposition.We will need you to identify new opportunities.We will need you to establish a Developer Services function recognised as the benchmark within the industry.
