We are NoMuda, and we have been building VisualFactory, a manufacturing execution system, for over 25 years. Our software runs on the shop floors of manufacturers including Volvo, Bombardier, and ThyssenKrupp, controlling and recording complex assembly and production processes. We are a team of around 50 people across the UK and US, with most of our UK team based near Stratford-upon-Avon. Lean principles guide how we build and work. This is an office-based fixed-term maternity cover role in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, with a genuine route to a permanent position if we build the function well. We offer a salary of £45,000–£52,000 dependent on experience, company catered lunches every two weeks, an onsite gym, a dog-friendly office, a stunning rural location for walks, an EV salary sacrifice scheme, and company sick pay. The role is deliberately office-based so we can work closely with developers, implementation consultants, and customer success day to day.
