Salary: £57,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements: Experience in systems engineering and field engineering within the data centre sector.Strong understanding of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermal management principles.Knowledge of data centre architectures and cooling systems, preferably with a background in thermal management.Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.Experience with thermal simulation tools and performance modelling.Experience working directly with hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise customers.Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.A relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field. Responsibilities: We provide expert pre-sales and post-sales technical support for liquid cooling solutions in data centre environments.We act as the technical authority for direct liquid cooling (DLC), immersion cooling, and hybrid cooling architectures.We enable successful design-in, deployment, operation, and optimisation of liquid cooling systems.We bridge customer requirements with internal engineering, product management, and manufacturing teams.We support customers with system architecture, sizing, and selection of liquid cooling solutions.We deliver remote technical support during installation and troubleshooting.We conduct technical presentations, workshops, and training for customers and partners.We assist sales teams with technical proposals and RFQs.
