Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements: Several years of experience in an IT Support, Infrastructure, or Systems Administration role.A strong understanding of IT security principles, data protection, and compliance requirements.Good working knowledge of Cyber Essentials and its practical application within a business environment.Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, hardware, and software solutions.Solid networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.The ability to work effectively in a fully on-site environment and provide face-to-face support to end users.A willingness to undergo stringent background checks due to the nature of our organisation and our clients. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day IT support, including hardware, software, networking, and user troubleshooting.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across business systems.Monitor network activity and support the implementation of security best practices.Ensure systems are appropriately patched, updated, maintained, and documented.Support compliance initiatives relating to Cyber Essentials, GDPR, ISO standards, and other regulatory frameworks.Assist with internal and external audits, providing technical documentation and subject matter expertise.Maintain and improve network infrastructure, including TCP/IP and associated technologies.Support and administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and related cloud services.Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable IT operations.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across IT support, infrastructure, and security processes.
