Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with demonstrable experience delivering user-centred digital services and products.We need specialist skills and knowledge of product management techniques.We expect you to have the ability to apply tools and concepts in different ways and adapt to change, using new methods of working where appropriate.You should be able to identify and compare processes or delivery methods and help the team decide on the best approach.You must be capable of building business cases based on user needs to support commercial decision-making within our constraints.You should understand the product lifecycle and how to design operational processes for the running and maintenance of products or services throughout that lifecycle.You must have the right to work in the UK. Responsibilities: Work alongside our Head of Product and Lead Product Manager to support the development and continuous improvement of our products.Join a multi-disciplinary team delivering products and services across Homes England.Work with the wider business to define problems and ensure we develop solutions that meet business needs and user needs.Lead products through the various lifecycle stages in line with government standards and principles.Use our understanding of business and user needs to produce and maintain product strategy, and set priorities for the delivery team.Work with operational delivery teams in digital, data and technology to ensure ongoing management and support of products and services are effectively implemented.Contribute to an organisation-wide product strategy and ensure service and product strategies form part of a holistic approach to building and maintaining products.Link activity back to the business case to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved and expected value for the organisation is delivered.
