We are supporting a major Central Government programme and are looking for an experienced User Researcher to join a high-performing digital team delivering impactful public services. This role offers the opportunity to influence the design and delivery of services used by millions of citizens, ensuring decisions are driven by genuine user needs and aligned with GDS standards and best practice. This is a 6-month contract with a rate of up to £550 per day, inside IR35, based in Bristol, London, or Newcastle with a hybrid working pattern of 1 to 2 days onsite per week.
