Salary: £60,000 - 74,000 per year
Requirements: Knowledge of defence capital infrastructure programmes is essential.Understanding of project governance, business case development, and infrastructure assurance processes.Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities within a regulated or complex organisational environment.We require active and valid SC-Level Clearance due to project sensitivities.We are looking for a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with others and is passionate about delivering transformation programmes that create genuine value for the United Kingdom. Responsibilities: Lead the planning and documentation of requirements generation and project scoping workshops with defence stakeholders.Support the development of project scope, success criteria, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies to ensure a clear and agreed project baseline.Engage with military users, estate representatives, engineering teams, commercial specialists, and programme stakeholders to build consensus and resolve conflicting requirements.Produce high-quality requirements documentation.Identify risks, issues, gaps, and opportunities arising during the requirements definition process and provide recommendations for resolution.Support the preparation of Strategic Outline Cases (SOC), Outline Business Cases (OBC), and Full Business Cases (FBC). This is a UK-wide opportunity for a Capital Projects Requirements Lead to join our team and work across high-impact, complex defence capital infrastructure programmes where your work matters. We value collaboration, the ability to challenge and deliver, and working seamlessly across a blended delivery team. This role is offered inside IR35 at a day rate of £500 to £800, depending on experience, and due to project sensitivities our consultants must hold active SC-Level Clearance.
