Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements: We ideally want experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and SSRS.We need strong SQL/T-SQL development skills, including querying and optimisation.We value an excellent understanding of data quality, validation and reconciliation.Experience delivering performance reporting and regulatory returns is desirable.We need the ability to interpret complex business requirements and deliver practical reporting solutions.We want excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels.We value a collaborative approach and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: We design, develop and maintain robust data models, reports and dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and SSRS.We support the ongoing development of our new enterprise data warehouse alongside the Data Engineer.We produce accurate KPI reporting and statutory returns, including SDR, TSM and Housemark submissions.We optimise and enhance existing reports to improve performance, usability and efficiency.We validate data and maintain high standards of data quality, governance and consistency.We work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.We communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, enabling informed decision-making across the organisation.
