Requirements: We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a strong understanding of finance operations and a passion for process improvement and transformation.We ideally want someone with experience working with SAP, preferably within finance.We need strong knowledge of month-end close, management accounting and financial reporting processes.We are looking for experience gathering business requirements and improving finance processes.We need excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.We want someone who can work collaboratively across finance, IT and project teams.We value strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience supporting or delivering finance transformation projects would be advantageous.A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent experience, is desirable but not essential. Responsibilities: We are seeking a finance subject matter expert for the Accounting & Finance Management workstream.We will need you to collaborate with finance, IT and implementation partners to gather and validate business requirements.You will support the design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned to finance best practice.You will review and improve month-end close, management reporting and financial planning processes.You will lead and support testing activities, including System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.You will assist with data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.You will identify project risks, issues and process improvements, ensuring timely resolution.You will contribute to change management, user training and adoption activities.You will support cutover planning, go-live activities and post-implementation optimisation.You will build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance and wider business functions.
