Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: We need a strong background in IT management.We need strong experience with ERP systems, ideally INFOR ERP.We need proven experience maintaining IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud systems, backups, and security tools.We need experience ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and appropriately backed up.We need experience monitoring cybersecurity risks and maintaining controls around passwords, access, email security, data protection, and user permissions.We need experience managing Microsoft 365, email accounts, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other business systems.We need proven experience leading technology teams and managing IT projects.We need expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, and security management.We need strategic thinking with the ability to align IT goals with business objectives.We need excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively across teams.We need a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology. Responsibilities: We will develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business objectives.We will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the technology department.We will ensure the security, availability, and efficiency of IT systems and infrastructure.We will lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to achieve departmental goals.We will collaborate with other departments to identify and address technological requirements.We will manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.We will evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to support business growth in the manufacturing sector.We will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
