Salary: £125,000 - 150,000 per year
Requirements: Extensive service design and process improvement experience.Proven experience within large-scale transformation programmes.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Experience leading teams and building high-performing cultures.Expertise in end-to-end service design, process mapping, and operating model design.BPMN experience is desirable.Active SC clearance is essential. We are supporting a major transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Service Design Workstream Lead to take ownership of a critical workstream. This is a 6-month initial contract based in London with a hybrid working pattern of 1-2 days onsite per week. The rate is up to c£600 inside IR35 via umbrella.
