We offer a salary of £30,000–£40,000 depending on experience, with most hires typically falling between £32,000–£36,000, plus a quarterly performance-based bonus, 29 days annual leave including bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, company vehicle or travel expenses, health and wellbeing scheme, free eye tests, employee discount scheme and free on-site parking. The role is based in person, working 39 hours per week with hours Monday to Thursday 08:30–17:30 and Friday 08:30–16:30, and includes participation in an on-call rota and occasional out-of-hours work.
