Salary: £47,000 - 86,000 per year

Requirements: We need extensive practical experience in IT security within an agile environment.We need transformational leadership skills with the ability to influence decision-making and implement new processes and procedures aligned to our vision.We need excellent mentoring skills to support direct reports in their development.We need proven experience designing, implementing, and securing cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure services.We need in-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices, network security, identity and access management, encryption, and secure coding principles.We need strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex security issues and develop effective solutions.We need strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.We need a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying scalable, secure, and highly available security infrastructures using Azure.We need strong proficiency in using data and advanced analytics to drive decision-making and continuously improve security solutions.We need practical knowledge of at least one agile methodology, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.We need familiarity with backlog and test case management tools such as Jira or Octane.We need expert knowledge of cloud technologies.We need strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST, with experience implementing security controls to meet them.We need hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service and microservices architecture.We need familiarity with DevSecOps methodologies and tools to integrate security into the development process.We need proficiency with Microsoft Defender security assessment tools, vulnerability scanning tools, and SIEM platforms.We need in-depth understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, Proxies, M365, EDR, and KQL.We need expertise in using Azure DevOps to support efficient and collaborative development processes, including building security solutions and updates in code.We are unable to progress candidates who require sponsorship at this time.
