Requirements: We are looking for an experienced and driven Cyber Security Manager with proven ability to define and deliver a cyber security strategy.We need someone who can manage and operate effectively in a complex environment.We require experience across both IT and OT security environments.We value hands-on experience in incident response, security monitoring, vulnerability management, and supplier or third-party risk assessment.We prefer experience in manufacturing, industrial, or other complex operational environments.We would welcome experience upgrading legacy OT systems.Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP and CISM are desirable.We expect the ability to work with senior stakeholders and operational teams to translate risk into practical security actions. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to develop, own, and continuously evolve our Cyber Security Strategy across IT and OT environments.We need you to lead our current team and help grow our cyber security capability and headcount.You will translate business and operational risk into a clear, pragmatic cyber security roadmap.You will take end-to-end responsibility for cyber security across corporate IT systems, networks, cloud services, endpoints, and OT or ICS environments.You will define and enforce security architectures, controls, and standards across our estates.You will work closely with IT and OT stakeholders to ensure controls are practical, proportionate, and safe.You will ensure our cyber security policies, standards, and procedures are enforced and followed across the organisation.You will remain hands-on in day-to-day cyber security operations, including incident response, investigation, monitoring, and vulnerability management.You will assess supplier and third-party risk.You will lead and participate in cyber incident response exercises and real incidents, embedding lessons learned.You will own cyber risk management and contribute to the enterprise risk register.You will ensure compliance with relevant standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials, and ICS security guidance.You will support audits, assessments, and regulatory or customer assurance activities.
