現在、世界中のお客様に優れたサービスを提供しているサポートサービスチームの拡大を進めています。グローバルチームに加わり、ClickHouse のエンタープライズ顧客に対してコンサルタティブサポートを提供していただけるシニアコンサルティングエンジニアを募集しています。本ポジションは、ハンズオンのエンジニアリング、開発支援、そして上位ティアのサポートを組み合わせたユニークな役割であり、コンサルタティブサポート、エンジニアリング、サポートの各業務を横断的に担当します。戦略的顧客群と直接連携し、ガイダンスの提供、ケースへの回答、技術的な監督を行います。コンサルティングエンジニアは、大規模プロジェクトにアサインされていない際には、L1〜L3 サポートティアの顧客案件のサポート対応も担当します。
採用地域について: 本ポジションは日本での採用となります。本ロールはオフィス勤務ではないため、国内での勤務地は問いません。ただし、東京のお客様への対面サポートのための出張が発生します。
業務内容
プロジェクトエンジニアリング & コンサルティング(業務の50%): 顧客プロジェクトの一員として、設計、アーキテクチャ、統合、実装、ドキュメント作成に携わります。これには、リサーチ、ベンチマーク、パフォーマンス・機能テスト、リファレンスアーキテクチャ、サイジング、マイグレーション、統合、開発、ツーリングが含まれます。 コンサルタティブサポート(業務の50%): 戦略的なユーザー、顧客、見込み顧客に対して、ケースを起点としたコンサルタティブサポートを提供し、実装、オンボーディング、本番稼働、PoC(概念実証)を支援します。 アーキテクチャ、技術、マイグレーションに関する支援(ハンズオン業務を含む)を提供します。 顧客プロジェクトにアサインされていない際は、サポートチームの一員として L1〜L3 のケース対応やコミュニケーションを担当します。 ClickHouse のプロダクトマネジメント、エンジニアリング、セールスと緊密に連携し、プロダクトロードマップやアカウントプランに貢献します。 パブリック・社内ドキュメント、ナレッジベース記事、ClickHouse Learning、リファレンスアーキテクチャ、ブログ、ベンチマーク結果など、幅広いコンテンツの作成・支援を行います。 チームの成長・拡大に伴い、新メンバーの採用やメンタリングを支援します。 グローバルな分散環境において24時間365日の高品質なサポートを提供するため、シフトやオンコール対応が可能であること(地域内出張は最大約35%を想定)。
応募資格
プロフェッショナルサービス、サポート、テクニカルアカウントマネジメント、エンジニアリング/SRE、および/またはプロジェクトマネジメントの分野で5年以上の経験。 スケーラブルかつフォールトトレラントな分散型データベース管理システム(DBMS)の実装、運用、および/またはサポートに関する、関連業界での5年以上の経験。 DBMS、OLAP、クラウド/SaaS プラットフォーム、分散システムソフトウェアエンジニアリング、Linux/Unix、Kubernetes、システムまたはネットワーク管理、ビッグデータなど、関連分野における幅広く深い技術知識。 複数の経験豊富なエンジニアと協働し、大規模な技術プロジェクトを主導し完遂した経験。 パブリッククラウドプロバイダー(AWS、GCP、Azure)およびそれらのIaaSサービス(例:EC2)に関する専門知識。

In certain locations, such as the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York City Metro Area, a premium market range may apply, as listed.
