FIXED TERM SCHOOL BEHAVIOUR OFFICER REQUIRED
This role will be fixed term from September 2026 to August 2027.
We are seeking a committed, organised and proactive individual to join our pastoral team as a School Behaviour Officer. This is an important role supporting the effective management of student behaviour across the school, ensuring that behaviour systems are administered accurately and consistently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the school's behaviour management system (Arbor), producing behaviour reports, supporting staff with the use of behaviour systems, and helping to coordinate interventions that support positive student conduct.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, good ICT skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
