Role: Cover Manager Hours: 37.5 hours per week, permanent, term time only Salary Grade: UL Band 4 Management PayScale 1 - 5 (£39,794 - £43,567) Conditions of Service: United Learning Permanent Contract Start Date: ASAP About the role We are seeking a confident, organised and proactive Cover Manager to join our secondary school team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the school's daily cover arrangements, while also undertaking cover supervision duties when required. You will line manage the Cover Supervisor team, ensure the effective deployment of staff, deliver pre-prepared lessons, and maintain high standards of student behaviour and engagement.
