The Mental Health Support Teams sit at the 'getting help' aspect of the Thrive model and work closely with the different pathways as part of the Children's Mental Health Function. In the role you will be expected to contribute to assessments and undertake planned interventions with children, young people and their families as directed by qualified practitioners within MHST and/or Supervising Practitioners.
