You'll have the opportunity for outstanding career development with fully funded professional training and qualifications up to QCF level 5. Receive flexible contracts tailored to work around you, a pay rate of £12.90 an hour with mileage paid at 32p per mile, and access to a Blue Light care discount package. Additionally, benefit from a company pension scheme and on-demand pay. This role involves providing high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes, supporting and mentoring new team members, conducting spot checks, and building positive relationships with clients and their families. Ideal candidates will have good people skills, a caring nature, strong empathy, a minimum of 12 months care experience, and an NVQ level 2 is preferable.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
A minimum of 12 months care experience and a full UK driving licence are required. NVQ level 2 in care is preferable. Candidates must have a positive attitude, strong empathy, and a caring and compassionate nature. Availability to work 40 hours per week, including flexible shifts between 7 am and 10 pm and alternating weekends, is necessary. Additionally, a minimum of 12 months on your right to work is required.
