This is a role where your compassion and experience can help create a home where people feel comfortable, valued, and truly cared for. We offer £13.46 per hour, refer a friend scheme (up to £1000), outstanding career development & fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, Blue Light discount package, company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. Were looking for a candidate with a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK, having Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3), able to work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends. Your role involves delivering and leading high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, administering medication safely and accurately, and guiding team members.
