Job summary <p>We are inviting applications for a motivated and skilled <strong class="Yjhzub">Nurse Associate</strong> to join our dedicated community services team based at <strong>Chippenham</strong><strong> Community Hospital</strong>. This is a full-time position offering a fantastic opportunity to provide high-standard, holistic, person-centred nursing care within the local community.</p><p>About the Role:</p><p>As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute significantly to the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for patients on the district nursing caseload.
