Job summary Supporting community nursing practitioners across Bedfordshire to enhance their clinical performance and confidence. Work clinically with community nursing teams/clinicians to ensure service competencies are completed. Act as a positive role model - maintaining clinical competence and credibility to enable provision of both professional and clinical supervision, skill development and support. To take the lead on the development of clinical practice supporting the operational manager and Team Leaders Drive the quality agenda and ensure that the Quality strategy underpins all operational services To support the community nursing and wider community teams participating in out of hours on call rota where appropriate.
