Manipulate and positioning of expensive ultrasound equipment in order to produce high quality images.

Main duties of the job As a sonographer at Operose Health, the main responsibilities include providing a high-quality ultrasound service in our scan department, manipulating and positioning ultrasound equipment for the best image production, producing reports based on ultrasound images, and communicating the results to patients and other healthcare professionals. We're looking for a conscientious general sonographer qualified to perform scans such as abdominal, renal, gynecological (including transvaginal), and testes. Essential skills include good communication, with the ability to counsel patients and liaise with healthcare professionals, GPs, and the administrative team.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Conscientious general sonographer qualified to perform abdominal, renal, gynecological (including transvaginal), and testicular scans. Good communication skills to counsel patients and liaise effectively with healthcare professionals.
