Job summary
To work as part of the One LSC Recruitment Team in the provision of a professional and comprehensive recruitment service to all Partner Trusts, with a focus on BTH and LTH partners.
To be a key contact for the Recruitment team as well as Recruiting managers in the Trust for advice, queries, support and guidance. You will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Team to deliver end to end recruitment service
Role can be based at either Blackpool Teaching Hospitals or Lancashire Teaching hospitals sites
Main duties of the job
To support the Recruitment team by delivering a professional service and providing a high standard of administrative support. Be the first point of contact for front-of-house transactions and take responsibility for providing telephone cover to a busy office.

Qualifications Essential
Willingness to undertake and complete the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard Willingness to undertake and complete Level 2 Functional Skills English and maths if required Educated to GCSE Grade A-C/4-9 or equivalent Proficient in IT skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office including databases

Proficient in the use of the internet and social media.
Experience Essential
Ability to identify transferable skills relevant to the role

Experience of working in an administrative role previously
