Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Health Care Assistant to join the Community Nursing Team based at SohoCentre forHealthand Care. Working as part of a multidisciplinary district nursing team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to a diverse patient population.
