We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Senior LeDeR Reviewer to join our caring and progressive team.

Main duties of the job
Could you use your skills and experience to support the NHS to deliver great patient care? Great patient care needs great people to support clinical teams. That's where you come in.

About us
Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is due to integrate with Medway Community Healthcare on 1 October 2026. Following integration and to align our community services to the new Neighbourhood Model of care delivery, there will be a period of consultation which may result in changes affecting some services, teams or roles. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
You'll need to have a Level 6 Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant subject i.e. Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech and Language Therapy.
Knowledge Essential
Having an awareness of developments within the NHS would be an advantage as well as an understanding of National Service Frameworks and NICE guidance. You'll need have sound communication skills in order to understand and communicate both verbally and in writing. You will have knowledge of up to date clinical practice by using up- to- date skills and adhering to evidence-based procedures and clinical effectiveness frameworks. You will need to be able to be able to use IT systems and databases
Experience Essential
Proven ability to work effectively within your area of practice, supported by relevant experience. As well as managing complex caseloads and supporting/ mentoring others.
Skills Essential
You will need to be able to work well under pressure and be able to organise your own work You will understand where to signpost clients and families to alternative services to support behaviour change and improve health.
