Are you an experienced GP Receptionist looking to join a friendly, supportive and patient-focused practice?
St Stephen's Health Centre is seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to become part of our busy front-line team. As one of the first points of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for providing a professional reception service, acting as a key point of contact for patients, visitors and external organisations. Duties include managing appointments, answering telephone enquiries, processing registrations, handling correspondence, maintaining accurate patient records and supporting clinicians with administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will work closely with the wider practice team to ensure patients receive an efficient, friendly and high-quality service whilst maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times
