Job summary
The post holder requires a good understanding of the needs and requirements of the process for building the templates clinics based on the naming convention that the Trust is using.
The post holder requires knowledge building clinics in PAS and linking resource name, location with the appointment.
The post holder will be able to add or remove letter preparation, request list, treatment function of the appointment type and the ERS (e-Referral's system) services.
To provide patient-focused rescheduling patients from one template to another using the appropriate Trusts booking system and the national e-Referrals system.
The post-holder will deal with all associated contacts from the request, such as service manager, operation managers and clinicians.
The post-holder will be expected to manage Template requests following the Trust policy and targets.
Main duties of the job
Ensure that any logged incidents, problems and changes are registered on the local IT Service Desk system. and that these incidents.
Ensures all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures in these systems.
To help establish and maintain local procedures and processes for the maintenance of service.
Play a role in the testing/review of the templates running in the Trust helping to reduce negative impact in the services.
To be aware of National and Trust booking targets and ensure all appointments are rescheduled in accordance with the relevant timescales.
To be aware of 18-week RTT guidance and speciality pathways.
To be able to confidently reschedule target wait appointments within the 14day timeframe into the appropriate clinic code or appointment type with knowing about the policy when need to do amend temp
