Team work essential The role is for 4 sessions per week. This is a fixed-term contract to March 27 with immediate starting date, and a strong possibility of extension subject to ongoing funding from April 27.

Job summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly four-doctor partnership. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services and work collaboratively with the existing partners, clinical team and wider practice staff.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Conduct face-to-face and telephone GP consultations. Diagnose, manage and treat a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. Prescribe safely and appropriately. Provide appropriate referrals and follow-up. Manage patients with long-term conditions and complex needs. Participate in clinical administration, including reviewing results, correspondence and clinical documents. Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Participate in safeguarding and other practice clinical governance activities. Work effectively with nurses, pharmacists, healthcare assistants and administrative staff. Contribute to practice meetings, audits and quality-improvement work as appropriate. Provide continuity of care and promote shared decision-making with patients. Maintain professional registration, appraisal and CPD requirements. The practice offers:
