Job summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of clinical and health economic evidence dissemination strategies, as well as peer-to-peer education initiatives, that communicate the clinical, operational, and economic value of the Zio service across clinical and non-clinical healthcare stakeholders.
Main duties of the job
This role is responsible for identifying and prioritising relevant clinical, health economic, and market access evidence, and partnering with internal subject matter experts to translate this evidence into clear, compelling messaging that articulates the Zio service value proposition.
The individual will drive both external evidence dissemination and internal education efforts, while supporting Medical Affairs-led peer-to-peer education initiatives such as webinars, symposia, speaker programs, to accelerate adoption across targeted European markets.

Responsibilities -
Clinical & Market Access Evidence Strategy
Develop and execute evidence dissemination strategy to support Zio adoption. Partner with Scientific Affairs and Global Market Access teams to understand the evolving clinical and health economic evidence landscape. Translate complex clinical and economic evidence into compelling value propositions. Identify evidence gaps, adoption barriers, and market-specific needs to inform dissemination priorities and commercial strategies.
Content Development & Dissemination
Develop evidence-based materials including brochures, presentations, whitepapers, publication-related content to support clinical and market access value communication. Drive the dissemination of newly published clinical evidence, guideline updates, and health economic analyses across target markets. Develop Real-World Evidence (RWE) materials in collaboration with sales, customer experience, and market access teams.
Sales Enablement
Educate and train commercial teams on the clinical and economic value of Zio Develop sales enablement resources, field guidance, and commercial support tools.
Peer to Peer Education
Partner with Medical Affairs and commercial teams to define peer-to-peer education initiatives aligned with international strategic priorities. Support Medical Affairs to drive educational initiatives including webinars, symposia, speaker programs, educational events. Contribute to the development of educational content for the iRhythm Academy
Market Insights & Strategic Support
Monitor market trends, guideline developments, competitive evidence, and healthcare system priorities across international markets. Gather customer insights to refine messaging and improve evidence communication strategies.
Budget Management:
Manage marketing budget for assigned responsibilities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track budget utilization and campaign effectiveness.

Person Specification
Experience Essential
Minimum 6+ years of experience in healthcare, medical device, or digital health marketing or 4 years with an MBA. Minimum 3+ years of experience working with clinical and/or health economic evidence in a commercial healthcare environment Strong understanding of clinical evidence dissemination and value communication within healthcare systems Experience translating scientific and economic data into customer-facing commercial narratives Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed international organization Experience supporting sales enablement and commercial education initiatives Ability to travel internationally up to 30%
Desirable
Experience in cardiology, cardiac monitoring, electrophysiology, or digital health Experience working with health economics, reimbursement, or market access stakeholders Experience supporting European healthcare markets Familiarity with guideline dissemination and scientific publication strategies Experience collaborating with KOLs and Medical Affairs team
Qualifications Essential
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or related field Minimum 6+ years of experience in healthcare, medical device, or digital health marketing or 4 years with an MBA.

MBA, MPH, MSc, or advanced healthcare/business degree
