As a Wholesale Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our international Wholesale team and delivering outstanding service to BOLIA's wholesale customers. In this role, you will combine customer communication, order handling, and administrative coordination while collaborating closely with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth daily operations. This is a fixed-term, part-time position of 15 hours per week until August 2027, with the possibility of extension. Your role As a Wholesale Coordinator, you will be the link between our wholesale customers and the internal organization, ensuring that orders, inquiries, and administrative processes are handled efficiently and professionally. You will support the sales team while helping create a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Serve as one of the primary points of contact for wholesale customers via phone and email, responding to inquiries and providing professional support. Receive, process, and confirm customer orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Support the sales team by preparing quotations, ordering samples, and assisting with administrative sales-related tasks. Create customer accounts and maintain customer information, including addresses and contact details. Assist with general administrative tasks and contribute to the efficient daily operation of the Wholesale department. Who are you You are a structured and proactive team player who enjoys providing excellent service and keeping things organized. You thrive in an international environment, are comfortable working independently, and have a natural ability to build positive relationships with both customers and colleagues. We imagine that you: Have experience in a customer service or administrative support role. Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. Work independently and are able to prioritize your tasks effectively within limited weekly working hours. Have a structured, detail-oriented approach and enjoy working with administrative processes. Learn new systems quickly and are comfortable working with digital tools. Are proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is an advantage.
